ATHABASCA COUNTY – BYLAW NO. 008-2017
TOWN OF ATHABASCA – BYLAW NO. 01-17
A Public Hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the County Office to receive public comment on an amendment to the Intermunicipal Development Plan (Town Bylaw 13-11 and Athabasca County Bylaw 17-2011 with amendments) insofar as it applies to certain lands within Athabasca County.
The Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000 (“the Act”) authorizes Council to establish and amend an Intermunicipal Development Plan (Town Bylaw 13-11 and Athabasca County Bylaw 17-2011 with amendments) and the Council of the Town of Athabasca and Athabasca County, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
- THAT the Intermunicipal Development Plan (Town Bylaw 13-11 and Athabasca County Bylaw 17-2011) is hereby amended to add the following policy to the Plan:
3.5.2.4) Notwithstanding anything in this bylaw to the contrary, multi-lot subdivisions within SE 7-66-22-W4 and NE 6-66-22-W4 are allowed.
A copy of Bylaw 008-2017 and 01-17 being the amending Bylaws may be obtained by interested parties at the County Office or Town Office during normal working hours.
